Warehouse Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Lead owns the flow of devices through the warehouse, from arrival to provisioning for customers. Reporting to the Manager of Warehouse and Logistics Operations, this role works within the Supply Chain function and leads a team of Warehouse Assistants, Handlers and the Provisioning Team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customs clearance, resolve delivery discrepancies, manage stock control, FIFO policy and assist with stock takes and material requirement planning.
• Plan daily device allocation, manage SLAs for flashing, enrolment and locking, and ensure accurate IMEI uploads across multiple systems.
• Maintain quality standards, deliver weekly and monthly reconciliations, and supervise the Handlers and Provisioning Team while keeping stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• At least an HND/BSc in a business‑related field; a diploma in Store/Warehouse Management or Procurement is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with hands‑on use of ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and experience managing teams and driving process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience using M‑KOPANet, AX, KG and HMD Softlock for IMEI management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
