Warehouse Assistant - Provisioning

About the role
M-KOPA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage incoming stock, oversee provisioning officers, and ensure strict service level agreements in its Asaba warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and verify OEM deliveries, label and store goods while maintaining FIFO.
- Run flashing tools (Odin/HMD Toolkit) and install apps (Cygwin) for device enrolment.
- Support serial verification and meet a 24‑hour firmware update SLA.
- Package devices, perform final QC checks, and produce regular throughput and stock reports.
- Oversee provisioning officers, manage their SLAs, and resolve provisioning issues.
Required profile
- Diploma in Store/Warehouse Management or Procurement.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or provisioning role.
- Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong stock management, problem‑solving, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Use of flashing tools such as Odin and HMD Toolkit.
- App installation using Cygwin.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
