About the role
Build and manage the operational backbone required to support the company's transition into larger‑scale distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment.
- Establish operational SOPs and controls.
- Forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales.
- Prevent stock‑outs, overstocking, losses and fulfilment delays.
- Manage suppliers and operational service providers.
- Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.
Required profile
- Strong FMCG/supply‑chain/operations experience.
- Excellent process‑building and problem‑solving ability.
- Inventory and supply‑planning competence.
- Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
