Warehouse and Facilities Manager

About the role

MAX is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation of its logistics hubs in Ibadan and Oyo State. You will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, maintaining facilities, and supporting the company’s mission to provide sustainable mobility solutions across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Ensure the maintenance and safety of all facility infrastructure, including solar‑powered battery swap stations.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to achieve high productivity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technology teams to align warehouse processes with MAX’s subscription and EV deployment strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, KPI dashboards, and cost‑analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in warehouse or facilities management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Senior‑level professional with proven leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, inventory systems, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to work onsite in Ibadan and travel within Oyo State as needed.
