About the role
We are seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Officer to manage stock movements, ensure accurate records, and support financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Track and record daily stock movements, ensuring real‑time entry into the Inventory Management System or ERP.
- Implement control protocols to minimise shrinkage, damage and obsolescence, and monitor reorder thresholds.
- Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly full‑stock audits, reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate variances.
- Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders, assess quality, manage returns and oversee proper labeling and storage.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports, analyse turnover ratios and support calculation of ending inventory value for financial reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain, business administration).
