About the role

Gusto Restaurant is expanding its front‑of‑house team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as waiters, food runners, and hostesses. These roles are essential to delivering a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction as a waiter.
• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately as a runner.
• Greet guests, manage reservations, and seat customers efficiently as a hostess.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.

Required profile

• Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
