About the role
Gusto Restaurant is expanding its front‑of‑house team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as waiters, food runners, and hostesses. These roles are essential to delivering a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction as a waiter.
- Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately as a runner.
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and seat customers efficiently as a hostess.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
Required profile
- Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
