Van Sales Representative

About the role

PZ Cussons is seeking a motivated Van Sales Representative to join its consumer‑goods team in Delta, Marina. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focused on driving sales and brand visibility across a defined route network.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets daily, present product ranges and secure orders.
• Load, deliver and manage stock from the sales van, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate sales, collection and return records; perform cash reconciliation at day‑end.
• Monitor product displays, gather market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotions and meet volume and distribution targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation ability with a proven track record of meeting route targets.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic numeric and record‑keeping competence for cash handling and daily reporting.
• Effective route planning and time‑management capabilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, safe driving record and experience operating a sales or delivery van.
• Good communication in English and relevant local languages.
• Minimum secondary school certificate; FMCG or field‑sales experience in Nigeria is an advantage.
