Business Development Representative

About the role

Leptons Multiconcept Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the real estate market in Abuja. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with investors and clients, and help achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
• Generate, qualify, and convert prospective leads into clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and investors.
• Achieve sales, business development, and revenue targets set by the company.
• Promote the company’s real estate offerings and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and client needs.
• Represent the company at client meetings, property viewings, industry events, and networking engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Meet daily and weekly lead‑generation targets to drive property sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or finance.
• Proven track record in real estate sales, business development, and marketing, including selling finished and off‑plan projects and closing high‑value transactions.
• Deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and project management software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and long‑term client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrable portfolio of past marketing projects.
