Unit Manager – Real Estate Sales & Marketing

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd is seeking a full‑time Unit Manager to lead its sales and marketing team in Aba. The role involves driving revenue, coaching staff, and ensuring high‑quality client interactions within the property development sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate a unit of sales and marketing professionals.
• Set performance targets, monitor daily activities and report on unit results.
• Organise property presentations, site inspections and client meetings.
• Oversee prospecting, lead generation and follow‑up processes.
• Maintain accurate performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on sales strategies, market expansion and customer experience improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate, property development or related sales/marketing leadership, preferably in Nigeria.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, mentoring and performance‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Solid organisational and reporting capabilities with the ability to analyse sales data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field (preferred).
• High integrity, reliability and commitment to the company’s core values of integrity and trust.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property marketing and estate agency practices.
• Basic understanding of land documentation and survey concepts.
