Real Estate Broker / Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven, charismatic, and target‑oriented Real Estate Broker to join our team in Lekki. The role involves sourcing clients, closing property sales and rentals, managing listings, and building long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new clients for residential and commercial sales and rentals across Lekki, Ikoyi, VI and Ajah.
• Manage property portfolio, conduct inspections with clients, negotiate deals and close transactions.
• Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, cold calling and field marketing.
• Provide market insights, property valuations and advice on real‑estate trends in the Lekki corridor.
• Maintain excellent after‑sales relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle offer letters, deeds of assignment, sales agreements and ensure proper documentation and due diligence.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and market updates for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, Realtor or Sales Executive in Lagos.
• B.Sc/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Lekki real‑estate market and property types.
• Resident within Lekki, Ajah or easily accessible to Lekki.
• Own a smartphone, active social‑media presence and ability to market properties online.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Own means of transportation for property inspections within Lekki.
