Unit Manager – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Brit Properties is seeking a results‑driven Unit Manager to lead its sales unit in Ajah, Lagos. You will be responsible for driving land sales, managing a team of marketers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets, breaking them down into individual marketer goals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate marketers; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Supervise high‑value client interactions, oversee deal closure, and ensure proper documentation.
• Implement company sales strategies, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve pricing and positioning.
• Submit accurate sales reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Academic qualification: B.Sc, HND or OND.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and recruitment abilities.
• Residency in Lekki/Ajah environs.
