Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead the company’s liquidity, funding and investment activities, ensuring that cash resources are optimally allocated to meet operational and regulatory requirements. This senior finance role reports to senior management and works closely with banking partners, risk teams and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily liquidity positions, develop cash flow forecasts and optimise cash utilisation across accounts.
• Design and execute funding strategies, manage relationships with banks, lenders and investors, and oversee debt issuance.
• Track interest‑rate, funding and liquidity gaps on the balance sheet and implement Asset‑Liability Management (ALM) measures in collaboration with risk management.
• Invest surplus funds within approved risk limits, conduct market analysis and manage investment portfolios.
• Oversee treasury operations including settlements, payments and cash positioning while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance.
• Maintain and enhance treasury management systems and related tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certification (ACA, ACCA or similar) is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in telecoms, IT or infrastructure.
