Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead cash flow, working capital and liquidity initiatives, ensuring the business has the financial flexibility to meet its strategic goals. You will advise senior leadership on investment options, debt structures and foreign‑exchange risk while maintaining strong banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Implement advanced cash‑flow forecasting models and monitor daily cash balances using treasury management systems.
• Analyse working‑capital components, optimise inventory levels and negotiate supplier payment terms.
• Manage the debt portfolio, conduct quantitative risk assessments and design refinancing strategies.
• Develop quantitative investment strategies for idle cash and evaluate market opportunities.
• Apply statistical hedging techniques to manage foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Oversee treasury operations, automate workflows and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in treasury.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quantitative risk assessment.
