Travel Sales Executive – Client Success Focus

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Travel Sales Executive who will turn travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the client journey. The role combines sales, client relationship management, and post‑travel follow‑up to ensure a seamless experience for our travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, website forms and social media.
• Qualify leads, understand travel needs and present tailored package recommendations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with prospects and close bookings to meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate reservations, verify documentation and ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain strong client relationships, provide destination advice and manage expectations before, during and after travel.
• Conduct post‑travel follow‑ups, encourage referrals and support upselling of premium services.
• Keep CRM and client databases up‑to‑date and generate regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in travel sales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of travel booking systems.

What we offer

• Net monthly remuneration of ₦400,000.
• 5% commission on every travel package sold.
• Quarterly performance bonuses based on agreed targets.
