About the role
The Ticket Agent position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lekki. You will manage daily ticket sales and reservations, guide customers through travel options and ensure accurate payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Sell tickets and handle reservations while maintaining up‑to‑date booking records.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable travel options and answer inquiries professionally.
- Process payments accurately and confirm bookings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in ticket sales, reservations or similar customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities, with active listening skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and good time‑management for on‑site work.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with ticketing or reservation systems.
