Territory Growth Officer - Power Bank Rentals

About the role

Processflow Consulting is hiring a Territory Growth Officer in Kaduna to grow daily power bank rentals across its assigned locations. The role works closely with Operators, drives repeat usage and builds a pipeline of new locations within the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Grow daily power bank rentals and meet or exceed rental targets per location
• Identify low-performing locations and recommend intervention or relocation where needed
• Drive repeat usage among existing customers and support Operators with community-level awareness and customer acquisition
• Target markets, campuses, motor parks and transport hubs, and coordinate simple local activations and partnerships
• Visit Operators regularly, check their availability, compliance with company processes and standards, and coach underperformers
• Check station condition, power-bank availability and branding, and escalate operational issues quickly
• Source and assess potential Operators and locations, and build a pipeline of new locations
• Report rental performance, field activity and issues to the Head of Operations, and share field insights on Operators, customers, competitors and market opportunities
• Keep evidence of field visits and agreed actions, and follow up until issues are resolved

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
