About the role
We are seeking a Tendering Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, supporting the acquisition of oil & gas contracts. The role involves managing the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and track tender opportunities from IOCs, NOCs and other oil & gas clients.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end bid processes, including pre‑qualification, expressions of interest, technical and commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Manage e‑tendering platforms such as NIPEX, NAPIMS, Ariba, SAP SRM and Coupa.
- Maintain statutory, regulatory and company documentation required for successful tender participation.
- Prepare tender reports, analyse bid performance and work with internal teams to improve win rates.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar tendering or bid management role within the oil & gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements for tender participation.
