Senior Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process engineering activities for the HA project, acting as a subject‑matter expert in process modelling and supporting other assets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality process engineering inputs and documentation for the HA project.
• Support the HA Process Discipline lead and manage the process discipline across projects.
• Ensure compliance with AIPSM safety requirements during design, construction and operations.
• Provide technical input for design reviews, Management of Change and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to optimise process equipment design.
• Verify contractor designs for integrity, reliability, operability and maintainability.
• Support fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of process equipment.
• Participate in pre‑commissioning, commissioning and start‑up planning.
• Contribute to multi‑discipline reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, E‑3D modelling, SIL classification and constructability studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering).
• Membership of NSE and COREN.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with offshore platforms, FPSOs or on‑shore terminals.
