Technical Sales Lead

About the role

Selfa is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive growth of its B2B technical services, including calibration, measurement solutions, and IoT‑enabled asset monitoring. The role blends strategy, customer engagement, and technical insight to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for technical services such as calibration, repairs, equipment supply, and IoT solutions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and utilities.
• Conduct technical needs assessments and collaborate with the operations team to propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage key accounts, oversee onboarding, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Track industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management on sales performance, pipelines, and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B consultative selling, preferably in calibration, instrumentation, automation, or industrial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
