Technical Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time position is focused on identifying and contacting prospective customers and parents, presenting academic programmes, and addressing their questions and concerns. You will manage a multichannel sales pipeline, prepare proposals and quotations, and work towards monthly revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Close, maintain and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential customers.
• Interpret and anticipate customer requests, responding convincingly to phone and email inquiries.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, recommending initiatives to prevent recurrence.
• Track sales opportunities by evaluating competitors and industry trends.
• Study new product notes to understand course upgrades and introductions.
• Maintain records of customer and prospect communications.
• Make occasional presentations at career fairs and participate in marketing activities.
• Report regularly on sales health, closings, follow‑ups and targets achieved.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent sales/business development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage prospects and build lasting relationships.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or business development is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work collaboratively with a professional team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn about the company.
