About the role
Rockzenic is looking for a remote Technical Recruiter to support its US‑market clients. You will help high‑growth startups secure elite technical talent and earn a commission for each successful placement.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, source, and vet technical candidates for US‑based client pipelines.
- Submit qualified candidates that match role requirements.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through client approval and retention.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting or talent sourcing.
- Experience with US, UK, or Canadian markets is a strong plus.
- Based in Nigeria, self‑directed, with a reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working US Central Standard Time business hours.
- Strong written English and conversational proficiency.
Required skills
- Advanced LinkedIn sourcing.
- Proficiency in building Boolean search strings.
What we offer
- Commission of $500–$1,000 per successful placement (no earning cap).
- Payment issued 60–90 days after the candidate’s start date.
