We are seeking a Technical Lead to guide our software development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. The role involves setting technical direction, reviewing architecture, and mentoring developers to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical direction to software development teams.
• Design and review scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Make technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and support developers in improving their technical skills.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and development challenges.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong programming and software architecture experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
