Tech Lead (Support Engineer) – Power Apps & Power Automate

About the role

Gigmo Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to own the support function for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, guide a remote technical team, and ensure high‑quality, timely case resolution for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team handling Power Apps and Power Automate support cases, reviewing resolutions and ensuring adherence to support standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Dataverse, connectors, licensing, and ALM processes.
• Reproduce reported problems in a controlled environment, document clear case notes, and escalate with complete evidence when required.
• Maintain knowledge‑base contributions, meet response‑time and customer‑satisfaction targets, and enforce defined technical and support processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in a production environment.
• Strong written English, proven leadership and team‑management abilities, and willingness to work rotational shifts remotely.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications (PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600) and experience with customer‑facing support under SLA conditions.
