Team Lead, Private Wealth Management

About the role

Our client is a leading asset management and securities firm that delivers innovative investment solutions across equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative assets. They are looking for a seasoned professional to lead their private wealth management team, driving strategic oversight, client relationship excellence, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for tailored wealth management solutions, including portfolio construction, estate planning, tax optimisation, and alternative investments.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the private‑wealth client base and increase assets under management.
• Establish and track key performance indicators for client portfolios, team activities, and business development efforts.
• Ensure all wealth‑management activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Lead client onboarding, regular portfolio reviews, and educational sessions to foster engagement and loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (Master’s/CFA/CFP preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in private wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles.
• Proven track record in managing high‑net‑worth client relationships and delivering tailored wealth solutions.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
