Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

The Social Media and Content Manager will lead G.O.A Group’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, driving brand awareness, engagement and sales. You will create and execute social strategies, manage content calendars and interact directly with the community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Create and maintain content calendars, schedule posts and coordinate publication.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, promotional messages and calls‑to‑action.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, direct messages and customer inquiries.
• Plan, execute and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Track performance, analyse metrics and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement and digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
