Talent Partner Lead – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

Impact Bridge is looking for an experienced Talent Partner Lead to own full‑cycle recruiting across multiple client engagements while strengthening our talent delivery function. This remote, full‑time position blends recruiting, project management, client partnership, hiring strategy, and operational excellence to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes for founder‑led and growth‑stage companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting from intake meetings to offer acceptance and pre‑boarding.
• Conduct role calibrations, develop sourcing strategies, and manage candidate outreach, assessments, and interview coordination.
• Serve as primary Talent Partner for assigned clients, advising hiring managers, providing market insights, and improving interview processes.
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, interview preparation, feedback, and smooth onboarding.
• Run daily recruiting stand‑ups, monitor recruiter workloads, track hiring metrics, and keep ATS data clean.
• Design proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruitCRM, Apollo AI, Boolean search, and referral networks.
• Ensure hiring quality with structured behavioral interviews, Impact Bridge assessment frameworks, and evidence‑based finalist recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to draft outreach, summarize interviews, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve workflows.
