Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Glocient Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for its resort operations, guest services, culinary, administrative and executive teams. You will shape talent strategy and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to develop strategic hiring plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified hospitality professionals through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Utilise job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Develop and promote an employer brand that reflects Glocient’s values and culture.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques.
