About the role
The Program Officer will support the organization’s fundraising and project implementation efforts, building relationships with donors and managing grant processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities and potential donors.
- Develop funding proposals, grant applications, and project concepts.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and funding partners.
- Research, track, and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities.
- Develop project budgets and supporting proposal documentation.
- Coordinate programme activities and prepare donor reports.
- Support resource mobilisation strategies and partnership development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and resource mobilisation.
- Strong proposal development, research, and report‑writing skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
- Experience working with NGOs is an advantage.
- Preferred age range 25–35 years, residing in Okota/Isolo area, female candidates preferred.
