Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Apziva, a global company helping professionals gain hands-on Data Science experience through real-world projects, is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern. The intern works with prospective candidates to ensure strong enrollments in the AI Residency Program, sourcing, educating and guiding them through the application and enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn and a Google Sheets CRM, managing the full outreach funnel including cold messaging, follow-ups and engagement
• Running outbound outreach via LinkedIn messages and email, tracking responses and optimizing outreach strategies
• Re-engaging candidates who dropped off and responding quickly to inbound messages to meet response-time KPIs and SLAs
• Scheduling intro calls with high-potential candidates and tracking follow-ups
• Executing and refining the growth and outreach strategy, organizing and maintaining the programs, and collaborating with leadership on scaling opportunities

Required profile

• Proficiency in English, reading, writing and communicating professionally
• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or recent graduate, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Available to work 5 weekdays regularly, 5 hours per day from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM CEST
• Curious, open to feedback and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, agile team
