Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

This is a hands‑on, part‑time recruitment position focused on sourcing and hiring technical talent for multiple projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and work closely with the leadership team to build strong pipelines of software engineers, AI specialists, cybersecurity experts, and other tech professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, universities, tech communities, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct outreach, manage communication, and perform first‑stage screening interviews.
• Research talent markets, salary expectations and hiring trends across regions.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, hiring records and documentation.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews and follow‑up with engineering leads.
• Prepare structured candidate evaluations and recommendations for leadership.
• Support offer management, onboarding coordination and recruitment administration.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR within technology‑focused environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate research abilities.
• Confidence interviewing software engineers and other technical candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Self‑directed, proactive and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
