Support Services Analyst III

About the role

The Support Services Analyst III will lead end‑to‑end technical configuration, installation and optimisation of complex enterprise, client/server and desktop environments for a leading oil and gas services provider. This senior position requires proactive monitoring of network hardware and communication protocols to maintain 99.9% uptime while delivering high‑level technical consultation to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise enterprise‑wide PC hardware, network infrastructures and operating systems.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot network hardware and communication protocols to ensure 99.9% service availability.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and software licences, conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring compliance.
• Develop and enforce technical documentation and standard operating procedures for all infrastructure support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration or a comparable lead technical role.
• Industry‑recognised certifications such as CCNP, MCSE or CompTIA Server+.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions across all organisational levels.
