ERP Consultant

About the role

Identify and analyse business needs, gather requirements and support all aspects of ERP implementations for Deloitte’s clients in Lagos. Build strong relationships with client personnel and consistently deliver exceptional service while contributing to solution design and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into ERP functional specifications.
• Assist in configuring, automating and implementing business processes on ERP platforms such as SAP, Odoo and Oracle.
• Support data migration activities, including extraction, transformation and loading of legacy data.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to design, test, deploy and provide post‑implementation support.
• Document functional specifications and contribute to project documentation, training materials and accelerators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND with at least a Second Class Upper in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 5‑7 years of post‑NYSC professional experience as a Business Analyst or ERP implementation consultant.
• Broad understanding of business processes across multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas, FMCG, Financial Services and Professional Services.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning tools, especially SAP, Odoo and Oracle.
• Experience with data migration, quality assurance testing and functional specification documentation.
