About the role
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring staff performance and service quality meet company standards. This role supports management in achieving operational targets within the hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, allocate daily duties and monitor punctuality, attendance and performance.
- Maintain discipline, enforce workplace rules and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
- Monitor service quality, resolve routine operational issues and escalate major concerns.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports and coordinate shift handovers.
Required profile
- Minimum OND in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Responsible, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
