About the role
The Night Duty Manager will oversee all nighttime operations at the hotel, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, handle complaints, and maintain safety standards during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nighttime operations, ensuring staff perform duties effectively.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and monitor security and safety within the premises.
- Monitor staff attendance, conduct, performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit night duty reports, manage transaction monitoring, and ensure proper handover to the incoming team.
Required profile
- Minimum OND or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in management, hospitality, or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, accountability, professionalism, and ability to work night shifts under pressure.
