Study Abroad Admissions & Visa Consultant

About the role

OnboardNG is hiring a Study Abroad Admissions & Visa Consultant to join its team. The position is full-time and on-site, based in Lagos, with a stated salary of N180,000 per month. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience processing UK and Canada university admissions and student visa applications, and is confident guiding students through the entire process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students by phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Advise students on suitable study abroad destinations, universities and programmes.
• Process UK and Canada university admission applications and support student visa applications.
• Guide students through the admission and visa process from start to finish, review their documents and prepare them for visa interviews.
• Follow up with students and applicants throughout the application process.
• Achieve assigned monthly student recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage leads using the CRM system.
• Provide good customer service and stay informed on admission and visa requirements and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience processing UK and Canada university admissions and student visa applications.
• Proven experience guiding students through admission and visa processes, and experience in student recruitment and sales.
• Good knowledge of UK and Canada study abroad processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM systems.
• Student recruitment and sales experience.
