Student Enrolment/Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Docenti Global Business School is looking for experienced, results‑driven Student Enrolment Specialists to join its Admissions and Sales team. You will manage marketing‑generated leads, nurture prospective students and convert qualified prospects into registered students.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and promptly contact leads generated by the Marketing Department.
• Qualify prospects by assessing their eligibility and maintain an organised database of contacts, lead sources and engagement history.
• Ensure every assigned lead receives timely attention, develop a structured follow‑up plan and prioritize high‑potential prospects.
• Engage prospects via telephone, WhatsApp, email and other channels, consistently following up until enrolment or approved closure.
• Explain Docenti’s programmes, admission requirements, tuition fees, payment plans, learning structure and career benefits, and convert qualified leads into enrolments.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone‑sales and consultative‑selling abilities.
• Confidence in persuading prospects and closing enrolment decisions.
• Consistency, patience and discipline in lead follow‑up.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads without missing follow‑ups.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with digital communication tools (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
