About the role
The Strategic Partnership Officer identifies, initiates and nurtures relationships with stakeholders, institutions, donors and collaborators that fit the organisation's mission. This is a full-time position in the non-profit and NGO sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, nonprofits and institutions
- Develop proposals and partnership pitches tailored to stakeholder needs
- Maintain strong relationships with current partners through regular updates and reports
- Represent the organisation in partnership meetings and events
- Support grant applications and fundraising efforts together with the programmes and fundraising teams
- Track and evaluate the outcomes of partnership engagements
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Law or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Proposal writing or donor engagement experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms
