About the role
The Barman will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests at our hotel bar. This role requires a friendly, outgoing attitude and the ability to work efficiently during busy evening and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Mix, pour, and serve drinks according to guest orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, glasses, and equipment.
- Monitor bar stock and report when supplies need reordering.
- Handle payments and manage the cash register accurately.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of standard drinks and cocktail preparation.
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with guests.
- Honest, reliable, and careful with money and inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work evening or night shifts.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality.
