About the role
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of staff and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise managers, supervisors, and staff while coordinating schedules and daily activities.
- Monitor performance, discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Track sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage inventory, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operations role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional, disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
