About the role
The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of customer experience. This role involves coordinating therapists and front‑desk staff while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise spa therapists and other staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and adherence to policies.
- Manage multiple tasks calmly and maintain professional front‑desk standards.
Required profile
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years experience as a receptionist, front‑desk officer, or administrative support.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and ability to work Monday‑Saturday.
- Organized, responsible, and result‑oriented.
