About the role
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing materials, supplies and equipment for Haida Agricultural Technology Nigeria Limited. Working on‑site at the Abeokuta facility, you will ensure accurate inventory control and support the smooth operation of the production line.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record and store incoming materials, supplies and equipment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and regularly update the store database.
- Issue and distribute materials, uniforms, supplies and equipment based on authorized requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts, ensure proper inventory control and trigger replenishment.
- Prepare purchase and replenishment orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
- Verify quality, quantity and specifications of delivered items against orders.
- Keep the store clean, organized and safe while recording transfers, disposals and other activities.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory management role.
