Warehouse Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Nigeria Distilleries Limited in Abeokuta. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage or loss.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
