Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee all stock movements, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supervise proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or variances.
• Assign tasks to and support inventory/warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
