STEM Graduate Trainee (Ibadan / Port Harcourt)

About the role

Fadac Resources and Services Limited, a Nigerian human resources consulting and business outsourcing firm, runs a graduate trainee programme for STEM graduates. It offers two paid entry-level positions in Ibadan (Oyo State) and Port Harcourt (Rivers State), with a starting salary of N200,000 to N250,000 gross per month depending on experience and assessment. The programme develops young graduates into future operational and supervisory leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Cross-functional training: rotate through core operational departments to learn the company's processes, workflows and technical frameworks.
• Project support: help with daily operational tasks, data analysis and performance reports.
• Act as a bridge between technical processes and team workflows, passing updates, ideas and feedback to supervisors.
• Solve daily bottlenecks using logical, STEM-based thinking to improve team efficiency.
• Take part in mentorship sessions, training modules and leadership development exercises.

Required profile

• HND or ND in a STEM discipline.
• Graduated from a polytechnic in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
• Currently living in Ibadan or Port Harcourt, or having permanent accommodation fully secured there.
• 0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates and recent NYSC out-streamers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Fast learner with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, natural leadership potential and teamwork.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
