Admin / HR Officer

About the role

AutoClinicNG Solutions Limited is hiring a full-time Admin/HR officer based in Ibadan and Oyo State, Marina. The role covers human resource management, administration, payroll support and staff welfare within the automotive and aviation industry.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding; maintain employee records, attendance and leave systems; implement HR policies and performance management systems
• Prepare employment letters, memos, warnings and HR reports; manage staff welfare, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
• Monitor performance and ensure periodic appraisals; keep confidentiality and comply with labour laws
• Work with the MD and department heads to identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training at AutoClinic Academy
• Oversee day-to-day admin and office logistics, including facilities, equipment and vehicles, and supervise administrative staff, cleaners and drivers
• Manage procurement of office supplies, uniforms and consumables, and keep digital and physical records
• Compile monthly payroll data with the accounts department, handle deductions, allowances, leave payments and statutory remittances (PAYE, pension, NHF)
• Maintain HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, leave balances and attendance
• Support ISO, QMS or other compliance initiatives and employee health and safety programmes
• Facilitate communication between management and staff and plan engagement activities and recognition programmes

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Minimum of a BSc in a related field
