About the role
Join the Windows Trust Experiences team to build AI‑driven privacy and user‑interface features for Windows 11. You will help shape how millions of users interact with AI‑enhanced settings, ensuring transparency, choice, and control over personal data.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship high‑quality software using C++, WinRT, and WinUI.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, AI/ML scientists, and user researchers to deliver seamless AI‑powered experiences.
- Maintain and evolve privacy settings and related UI components across Windows 11.
- Integrate AI technologies such as speech, vision, and natural language processing responsibly.
- Apply software‑engineering best practices, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and debugging.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software‑engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience with WinUI, XAML or ReactJS.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer‑obsessed mindset.
