About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote marketing team and seeks a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to boost our digital presence, increase engagement, and support brand growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and similar channels.
• Create, schedule and publish graphics, videos, captions and stories aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams on integrated campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages and customer interactions.
• Support email and digital marketing efforts with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, communication and visual storytelling abilities.
• Highly organised, creative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop meeting minimum hardware specifications.
