Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Gestpoint Nigeria Limited, a fast‑growing real‑estate company, is looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Manager. You will shape the brand’s digital presence, generate qualified leads and support property sales through innovative content and advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social‑media and content strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Produce high‑quality photos, videos, walkthroughs, reels and client testimonials.
• Design graphics, write captions, scripts and marketing copy that reflect the company’s brand identity.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage the online community by responding to enquiries, comments and messages professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create campaigns that drive qualified leads and property sales.
• Stay current on social‑media trends, platform algorithms and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in social‑media management, digital or content marketing.
• Demonstrated success managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong photography, videography, video‑editing and graphic‑design abilities.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and content‑creation skills.

What we offer

• Competitive net salary of ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
