Social Media Marketer/Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Marketer/Strategist to create and manage engaging content that promotes our business registration, branding, website development, digital marketing and support services. The role is remote and focuses on generating qualified leads and maintaining our online brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly social media content plans and produce captions, graphics, reels, short videos and promotional material.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other approved platforms.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages and basic customer enquiries.
• Identify and engage potential clients such as entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs and organisations, and direct qualified leads to WhatsApp or other approved channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and follow‑up activities.
• Assist in planning and monitoring approved social media advertising campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly activity reports and contribute to marketing and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Good understanding of major social media platforms and strong content‑writing, communication and audience‑engagement abilities.
• Basic graphic‑design and video‑editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and meet deadlines with strong organisational and research skills.
• Creativity, professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Access to a smartphone or computer, reliable internet connection and the necessary tools to perform the role.
