Social Media Manager

About the role

T40 Technologies is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute its social media strategy. The role manages the company's online presence, drives engagement and brand awareness, and supports customer acquisition through performance-focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals
• Manage and grow platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook
• Create, curate and publish graphics, videos and captions
• Plan and run campaigns to drive engagement, traffic and conversions
• Analyse metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimise campaigns
• Manage social calendars and engage with followers and manage online community interactions
• Collaborate with design, product and customer success teams
• Oversee paid social campaigns and optimise for ROI
• Manage brand voice, tone and reputation, and track and report KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Required skills

• Social media platforms, tools and analytics (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools)
• Paid social advertising and campaign optimisation
